Cancellation & Refund Policy (ALOPOTH)

What is a Refund?

A refund refers to the return of the payment made by a learner in cases where:

  • The learner is unable to access the course due to technical issues in the ALOPOTH app or website.
  • The learner does not receive the resources or services as promised in the course.
  • The learner mistakenly purchases a course instead of another course on ALOPOTH.

In such cases, the user may request a refund, which will go through a verification and approval process by ALOPOTH.


How to Request a Refund?

If you have paid for an individual course or a bundle course, you may request a refund within 48 hours of your payment.

To request a refund:

  • Call +8801707112556 and clearly mention:
    • The email address used during registration
    • The phone number used during registration
    • The course name and reason for the refund request

Refund requests are considered valid only if the user contacts ALOPOTH within 48 hours of purchaseand provides correct registration details.

Note:Refunds do not apply to e-books or downloadable digital materials unless explicitly stated.


Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or issued as a voucher.
  • The refund process will be completed within 7–10 working days after successful verification and approval.
  • The time required for the amount to reflect in the user’s account may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

When Will a Refund Not Be Applicable?

Refund requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The refund request is submitted after 48 hours from the date of purchase.
  • The learner has already earned the course completion certificate within the 48-hour request period.
  • The learner files a refund request within 48 hours but completes the course or earns the certificate during the refund processing period.
  • The learner continues course activities such as:
    • Playing videos
    • Attempting quizzes or tests
    • Downloading course materials
    • Downloading course materials

  • If more than 5 percent of paid or premium video content has been consumed before requesting a refund.
  • If the purchased item is an e-book or non-refundable digital content.

When Will a Refund Be Applicable?

Refunds or course transfers may be applicable in the following situations:

  • Wrong course purchase and the learner wishes to enroll in another course.
  • ALOPOTH fails to provide the resources or services promised in the course description.
  • The learner mistakenly purchases a live class instead of a recorded class, or vice versa.

Course Transfer via Voucher

If a course transfer is approved:

  • If the new course price is higher, the learner must pay the price difference.
  • If the new course price is lower, the remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

What Happens After You Request a Refund?

  • Once a refund request is submitted, access to the enrolled course will be temporarily locked.
  • If the refund request is approved:
    • The learner will be unenrolled from the course.
    • All course progress will be permanently removed.
  • If the learner purchases the same course again, the course must be started from the beginning.

Once the refund is completed:

  • A confirmation will be sent via email or SMS to the registered contact details.
